- Westbound on 1-94 from Chicago: Taking 1-94 Westbound, follow signs to downtown. You will cross the High Rise Bridge, take 1-43 North toward Green Bay, keeping in the right hand lane, exit Kilbourn/Civic Center (72C). At the end of the tunnel turn right onto 6th Street.
