- From I-81
Take Exit 118B from I-81, follow the signs to Blacksburg 460W. Take the Blacksburg - Smart Rd, Exit. Look for signs to 460E Business. We are at the first light on the left. Once on 460W you can also follow the signs for the Hospital and we are directly across from it.
