Kansas City - Kansas City International Airport

Built on approximately 10,000 acres of land, Kansas City International Airport is one of the largest airports in the United States. While constructed with the ability to deal with12 million passengers anually, MCI still manages to offer an efficient and comfortable operation. Customer service is well observed at KAnsas City International Airport and 'Airport Ambassadors', dressed in red blazers, welcome and offer assistance to travelers.

Kansas City International Airport has three domestic terminals. A Terminal Improvement Project is currently underway which will upgrade electrical and mechanical equipment, increase convenience for those using the airport and generally improve the look of the terminals.

Kansas City International Airport offers excellent parking facilities in operating short term, long term and disabled passenger parking. Complimentary shuttle buses transport air passengers to and from the terminals and parking lots.

For those looking to rent a car in Kansas City, MCI is well served by car rental companies. There are nine such companies that are easily locatable in the terminal are. They are: Ace,
