Five meeting rooms which can cater for two to one hundred and fifty guests. The Yeoman suite is the biggest room and sub divides to make two smaller rooms Yeoman A and Yeoman B. Both of these rooms have air conditioning but when sub divided only the Yeoman B has natural daylight. The Harford suite is situated on the lower ground floor and can seat up to 50 people theatre style. The suite is air-conditioned but has no natural day light. The Saxlingham and Hethersett suites are new purpose built syndicate rooms that will seat 10 and 12 people respectively in a board room set up. The rooms have air conditioning, natural daylight, black out facilities and electronic screens. Refreshment trays are provided and most equipment is available to hire via a hire company.
