Small, friendly, family run, non-smoking hotel situated on the seafront, opposite the Pavilion Tea Gardens. Ideal for a quiet holiday or short break but just 10 minutes away from the Pier and the centre of Eastbourne.
We offer comfortable rooms, many have recently been refurbished and most have en-suite facilities. The day starts with a full English breakfast and fruit and cereal. A vegetarian breakfast is also offered. From June to September a three course meal is available, served at 6.00pm, pre-booking is required. Parking is unrestricted (apart from areas with double yellow lines) on the roads around the hotel. There are three off road parking spaces at the rear of the hotel.
