The House is set in magnificent gardens opening onto the Bristol Downs at the front- an open Park of some 450 acres - and onto the Botanic Gardens at the back. Truly 'a Countryside location in the Heart of the City'. It is ideally situated for the amenities of the City - Theatres, Cinemas, Restaurants, both Universities & special places of Interest - but lies amid the peaceful surroundings of acres of open parkland. The House is furnished with fine period furniture and paintings, and a Library containing many interesting books on the history of Bristol. The accommodation comprises 8 thoughtfully furnished Bedrooms, each with its own facilities.
