Guests wishing to use the service should make their reservationdirectly with the Copacabana Palace as the service is wholly owned andoperated by the hotel.

Business Hours
Most offices are open from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm, Monday to Friday. Banks are open Monday to Friday, 10.00 am to 4.00 pm.
Visa Requirements
As the Brazilian Foreign Office bases its policy on reciprocity,visitors from certain foreign countries will require a visa. Visas canbe obtained from the nearest Brazilian Embassy or Consulate and areusually processed within two working days. For a tourist visa, you willneed to show your passport, valid for at least six months from the dateof arrival, one passport-size photograph and a round-trip ticket.

TheCopacabana Palace has 222 accomodation, 147 in the main building which71 are suites and 76 are rooms. In the Tower Wing Building, there are75 accommodations, which are all suites. The rooms and suites faceeither the sea, internal, pool or city view. All guest rooms are equipped with air conditioning, opening windows, television with selected satellite channels, telephone with voice mail, wireless internet access, digital safe, mini bar and hairdryer.
The 6th floor Penthouse suites feature works of art, oriental carpetsand French fabrics and an exclusive swimming pool only for the guestsof the 6th floor- just some of the details which make the 6th floor theperfect place for those accustomed to stylish living and are 'flyingdown to Rio'.
