The largest of the hotel's ten meeting rooms is thePlantation Ballroom (4,400 square feet), which is divisible into five sections. Maximum capacity for the Ballroom is 400 people for a reception and 240 people for a banquet or wedding. Additionally, the hotel has two meeting rooms of 920 and 1024 square feet respectively which are ideal for small groups of 15 to 70 people. TheAshburn Boardroom is perfect for small meetings of up to 10 people.

This state of the art facility was designed to meet today's high tech meeting needs.Approved by the International Association of Conference Centers (IACC), the center features high speed internet access and video conferencing capabilities, complete electrical capabilities, ergonomic chairs, controlled incandescent/flourescent and/or natural lighting. Its largest space is 2000 square feet with a total of five 1000 square feet rooms and a boardroom. Meeting packages include an all day meeting break, meeting room rental and frequently requested Audio Visual equipment. Catered meals are also available.
