- Automotive Hall of Fame, adjacent to Henry Ford Museum, is the public program and exhibition center for the worldwide motor vehicle industry. It features entertaining and enlightening exhibits and shows about people behind the cars. Activities include applying for a job, designing your own car and participating in safety and power demonstrations. The Dedication Center features a 65' mural. Other highlights include a working replica of the world's first gasoline car; a Cafe' and store. Allow one-hour and 30 minutes. Daily 10-5 Memorial Day to October 31. Closed Mondays rest of year. Closed Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years days. $6.00 adults, $5.50 seniors (62 and over) $3.00 ages 5-12. Under 5 free. - Edsel & Eleanor Ford House
- Experience the elegant lifestyle of a bygone era at Edsel & Eleanor Ford House in scenic Grosse Pointe Shores. At the home of Henry Ford's only child, Edsel, you'll see original antique furnishings, an impressive collection of fine and decorative art, and much more in a breathtaking 60-room Cotswold mansion. - Henry Ford Estate
- Tour the family home of automotive pioneer Henry Ford and his wife, Clara, in Dearborn. Explore the fascinating riverside Powerhouse, including Mr. Ford's personal garage and cars. See giant generators placed by Henry Ford and Thomas Edison which still generate electricity today. Travel the underground tunnel to the 56 room stone mansion built in 1915, appointed with elaborate carved woodwork and many personal artifacts. Enjoy a guided tour and acres of Jens Jensen landscaped grounds and waterscapes. Unique gifts available in the Estate Shop. Banquet and conference facilities. - Henry Ford Museum & Greenfield Village
- America's largest indoor/outdoor museum celebrates the spirit of invention. The 12 acre Henry Ford Museum features world-renowned treasures such as the limousine in which President John F. Kennedy was assassinated, Edgar Allan Poe's writing desk, and George Washington's camp bed. While Henry Ford Museum will remain open, Greenfield Village will begin its infrastructure upgrade this September and will be closed through May, 2003. However, this summer's Hometown Celebration in the village will go on as scheduled with a brand-new daily vaudeville variety show, the new Sounds of America gallery, and an exciting base ball schedule featuring the Lah-De-Dahs. New Imax Theatre open daily.

The zoo will not open this season due to cuts in the budget by the City of Detroit. The animals are moving to their new home, the Detroit Zoo. The Detroit Zoo is open year round, with extended evening hours on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
