Conference and Meeting Facilities
3600+ sq.ft. of meeting space, with six choices, accommodates 5 - 120 people per group. Our meeting rooms are professionally furnished with handsomely appointed carpets and coordinating wall covering and drapes. Drapes are equipped with black-out lining in order to facilitate meetings utilizing a-v equipment. Every room is equipped with a projection screen. Additionally, we offer for rent televisions, VCR's, overhead projectors, flipcharts, easels, and a variety of other equipment upon request. Meeting rooms are avail from 6:00 am until 10:00 pm nightly. Special menus are provided for groups and range from snacks to light and heavy appetizers to hand served meals to 2 or 3 meat buffets. Meals may be served in either the meeting room or via reserved seating in Rebecca's Restaurant. A sales staff is avail to assist you with the planning of your meetings and banquets; an attendant is avail throughout the meeting to fulfill special requests. Additionally, fax and duplicating services are provided by the sales or Front Desk staff at a nominal charge. Every meeting room is equipped with a phone and fast, internet access.
