Within sight of the Arc de Triomphe, near the Champs Elysees Avenue and the elegant Foch Avenue, the Raphael Hotel is a blend of opulence and discretion. Step through the front door of the Hotel (built in 1925) and you feel as though you have entered a private club. Rococo describes the ambience of the high-ceilinged guest rooms furnished with Regence, Louis XV, Louis XVI, Empire and Directoire antiques.
