The Restaurant
Executive Chef, Mark Budd, assisted by a team of 12, prepares a host of gourmet specialties, creating a blend of traditional French and modern British cuisine. Mark joined The Stafford in October 2002 after 12 years experience in five-star London hotels including The Ritz, Dorchester and Grosvenor House.

The Lounge and Drawing Room
Comfortable chairs and sofas make this ideal for relaxing or entertaining. The very English ritual of afternoon tea is served daily, and cocktails are available throughout the day.

The American Bar
This world-famous bar is a lively gathering spot, which is decorated with customer-donated memorabilia from around the globe. Famous for its martinis and beer brewed by the owners, the Thwaites.

Private Dining Rooms
The Stafford has four distinctive rooms - the Sutherland, Panel, Argyll and Pink Rooms. All are air-conditioned and feature late Victorian marble fireplaces, cornices and the style of panelling found in traditional town houses. They are suitable for meetings of up to 40 people, or private parties of up to 50 for a cocktail reception. Audio-visual and secretarial assistance can also be arranged at short notice.
