If driving from Miami, driving in a north westerly direction on the coastal I-75 will take you to Tampa. From Orlando, the I-4 is a relatively short stretch of highway that runs across the state of Florida.
Getting Around Tampa
A great way to explore downtown are the In-Town Trolleys and the TECO Line Streetcar System. The three line connect to cover downtown, Ybor City, the Channel District, and Hyde Park.
