Getting Around Scottsdale
The best ways to travel to downtown Scottsdale from the airport are in a SuperShuttle shared van (approximate fare is 15 USD) or by taxi (approximate fare is 20 USD). Visitors can travel about downtown on the Scottsdale Roundup, an old-fashioned, brightly-colored trolley service. Scottsdale Connection run regular buses within the city, while Valley Metro buses serve more outlying areas. It is also, of course, possible to rent cars and hire taxis. Those wanting a more unusual experience can take advantage of the horse-drawn carriages found downtown.
