The I-17 that connects Phoenix and Tucson intersects with the I-8.
Getting Around San Diego
The most convenient way to get around town is by the city bus system, but do note, the buses do not run late at night. Trolley buses run from the railway station to the downtown area of El Cajon and during the rush hours a commuter rail service operates from the Santa Fe depot along the north coast of the city. A ferry crosses the harbor from the Broadway Pier to Coronado and there are cycle routes in Pacific Beach, Mission Beach and Coronado.
