Naples Airports
Naples International Airport is located eight kilometres (five miles) north of Naples. Several international and domestic airlines fly to and from the Naples airport daily.
Naples Airport Terminal
Naples International Airport's Terminal 1 features 2 floors and handles all international and domestic airline passengers. Terminal 2 is located next to Terminal 1 and it is dedicated to charter flights.
Terminal 1 features all the facilities and services required by air travellers. The Galleria Napoli, located on the 1st floor of Terminal 1, offers everything from traditional Neapolitan food products to clothes, electronic goods and gift items. Other shops such as Chilli & Co., Carthusia, Camomilla Italia and Carpisa are also located at Terminal 1. Airshop, Yamamay and Raggi di Seta are located in the departures lounge.
Restaurants such as the Burger King and Autogrill Snack Bar are available at Terminal 1. The Ciao Restaurant, a recent addition to the airport's 1st floor, offers a selection of 20 different meals, including classical Mediterranean food, light snacks and authentic Italian regional dishes.
Other services available at the terminal include a foreign exchange desk, post office, ATMs, baggage service, meeting facilities and public telephones.
Car Rental
Rental car companies such as Avis, Europcar, Hertz, Maggiore, Sixt, Dollar, Targarent and Sicily by Car operate from the Naples International Airport.
Car Parking
The Naples International Airport features 6 parking areas with a total of 1201 parking spaces. There are 16 payment tills located at the car parks. Visitors can also pay through credit card by inserting the car park ticket and then the credit card to the exit till.
Transportation
Taxis, buses and trains provide transportation from the Naples International Airport to Naples city centre and surrounding cities. The taxi stand, from which travellers can hire a taxi to the city, is located outside the airport terminal in the arrivals area. The Alibus Shuttle Bus service departs from the airport every 30 minutes from 6:30 am to 11:30 pm. Travellers can also take the ANM bus (Azienda Napoletana Mobilità), leaving for Piazza Garibaldi (Italian Railways Main Station) every 10 minutes.
Train services such as Ferrovie dello Stato and Circumvesuviana and bus services such as CURRERI, FBN, CTP and GTI are available for the travellers to get to other cities in the region.
